# Introduction to HZS60 Small Commercial Concrete Batching Plant The HZS series concrete batching plants are developed by drawing on the strengths and practical application experience of similar equipment at home and abroad. They represent an advanced domestic standard and are professionally developed for the production of commercial concrete and high-performance concrete. This unit integrates multiple functional advantages, suitable for both commercial concrete production and high-speed railway construction projects. For high-performance concrete production, the control system is equipped with a secondary mixing function to match the production process of high-performance concrete for high-speed railways. Customized weighing hoppers and dedicated sensors are selected to meet strict metering standards. Liquid and powdery materials are delivered via small-diameter pipelines for easy flow control and reduced impact force. Coarse and fine dual metering systems are configured for aggregates and liquid materials, collectively improving overall metering accuracy. Main components of this plant include mixing system, batching machine, inclined belt conveyor, main building, water supply system, admixture pipeline, pneumatic system and control system. ## Performance Features of the Concrete Batching Plant ### 1. Excellent Mixing Quality It adopts advanced KTSA twin-shaft main mixers manufactured by Jinan Mikos. Liners and mixing blades are made of wear-resistant cast iron with well-optimized angles, realizing uniform and fast mixing with a long service life. SICHUANMA main mixers produced in Zhuhai are available as an optional alternative. ### 2. Eco-Friendly Design The main building can be fitted with corrugated color steel plates or sandwich panels (optional), with a built-in dust removal unit inside. All dust-emitting sections of our HZS series plants are fully enclosed to maintain a clean working environment. The mixer top cover and dust exhaust pipes of powder weighing bins connect to an indoor automatic dust collector. Recovered dust can be recycled through a receiving device, which is easy to operate and fully meets national environmental protection requirements (external dust enclosure is optional). ### 3. Optional Monitoring System The optional monitoring system allows operators to clearly observe the position of mixer trucks and concrete discharging conditions through monitors, simplifying production procedures and boosting work efficiency. ### 4. Advanced Electrical Control & Management System Independently developed by Hongjian Machinery Co., Ltd. with customer demands as the core priority, this world-class control and management system runs on the Windows platform and supports multi-task, multi-window and multi-user operation.
