# Introduction to HZS75 Concrete Batching Plant The HZS series concrete batching plants are developed by absorbing the strengths and practical application experience of similar equipment at home and abroad. They reach an advanced domestic technical level and are specially designed for the production of commercial concrete and high-performance concrete. This equipment features versatile performance, suitable for both commercial concrete production and high-speed railway construction projects. When producing high-performance concrete, the control system supports secondary mixing to match the production process of high-performance concrete for high-speed railways. Custom weighing hoppers and dedicated sensors are adopted to guarantee precise metering. Liquid and powdery materials are conveyed through small-diameter pipelines for easy flow regulation and reduced impact force. Coarse and fine dual metering systems are equipped for aggregates and liquid materials, all of which effectively improve overall metering accuracy. Main components of this plant include mixing system, batching machine, skip hoist, main building, water supply system, admixture pipeline, pneumatic system and control system. ## Performance Features of the Concrete Batching Plant ### 1. Excellent Mixing Quality The plant is fitted with advanced KTSA main mixers manufactured by Jinan Mikos. The liners and mixing blades are made of wear-resistant cast iron with optimized angles, delivering uniform, fast mixing and long service life. SICHUANMA main mixers from Zhuhai are available as an optional upgrade. ### 2. Eco-Friendly Design The main building can be clad with corrugated color steel plates or sandwich panels (optional), with a built-in dust removal unit installed inside. All dust-emitting sections of our HZS series plants are fully enclosed to maintain a clean working environment. The mixer top cover and dust exhaust pipes of powder weighing bins are connected to an automatic indoor dust collector. Recovered dust can be recycled via a receiving device, fully complying with national environmental protection standards (external dust enclosure is optional). ### 3. Optional Monitoring System The optional monitoring system enables operators to clearly observe the position of mixer trucks and concrete discharging status via monitors, simplifying production procedures and boosting work efficiency. ### 4. Advanced Electrical Control & Management System Independently developed by Hongjian Machinery Co., Ltd. with customer demands as the priority, this world-class control system runs on the Windows platform and supports multi-task, multi-window and multi-user operation. It features stable operation, simple operation and maintenance, intuitive accurate metering and powerful data management functions. After repeated optimization and technical innovation based on previous generations, it has become one of the most advanced control systems in China’s mixing equipment industry. ### 5. Elegant & Compact Structure The whole plant boasts a rational layout, innovative structure, outstanding stability and high structural rigidity.
